Meet our lead dentist

Dr. Edgar Montano DDS

Specialising in dental implants, Dr. Montano is a highly skilled dentist and certified implant specialist with over 16 years’ experience and training.

Dr Montano first realised dentistry was his calling during a visit to his dentist when he was 12 years old. From that moment, the prospect of saving teeth ignited his love for dentistry. In 2006 Dr. Montano graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Autonomous University Baja California, where he developed his passion for biological dentistry which seeks the safest, least toxic way to accomplish the mission of treatment using only biocompatible materials resulting in the lowest possible impact on a patient’s overall health. After graduation, he joined the Biodental Studios team working along side Dr. Javier Morales DDS, one of the pioneers of Biologic Dentistry. In 2017, Dr. Montano founded Bio Implant Center, which specialises in holistic and traditional implant solutions, general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.

In an ever-changing field such as dentistry, Dr. Montano understands the importance of keeping up to speed on new technology, learning enhanced skills, and refining existing ones in order to provide care effectively.
