Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a dental surgical specialty that diagnoses and treats a wide spectrum of diseases, injuries, defects and problem areas of the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial region. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons attend additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from Dental School and or Medical School. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Daniel P. Brunner DDS, MD and Dr. Robert M. Lazerson DDS, manage a wide variety of cases relating to the Mouth, Teeth and Facial Regions. Dr. Brunner and Dr. Lazerson practice a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from Dental Implant Surgery to Wisdom Tooth Removal.
